Effectivity : The Order shall take effect immediately after its complete publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

Rate of Import Duty

Repeal : All other issuances, administrative rules and regulations, or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with this Order are likewise repealed or modified accordingly.
